ProjectOpsIQ is construction operations software designed by people who have spent their careers on the owner’s side of the table — healthcare construction, class-A commercial, and high-end residential projects in California.
What we believe
Owner-side construction administration — the contracts, the plan review cycles, the change order determinations — is disciplined, repeatable work that today depends almost entirely on the memory and stamina of a few experienced people. That doesn’t scale, and it doesn’t survive staff turnover. We’re building the software layer that makes the disciplined version the default.
Where we are
The platform’s three modules — Contracts, Plan Check, and Change Orders — are in active development, with working prototypes being hardened against real project documents. We’ll open early access to a small group of owners, owner’s reps, and A/E teams first.
